Winter Conditioning

The winter season is an opportunity to practice indoors on the ERGs and do strength training. The season occurs in January through March. 

Schedule

Practices are usually 3-4 times a week and last roughly 1 hour in the evening. Bring athletic clothing and water.

Practices start January 7th - March 29th, 2025.

  • Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 - 7:30pm

  • Saturdays 11:15 am - 12:15pm
